Sequins on galvanized steel

Sequins are a hot-dip galvanizing process formed in the following process. The size, brightness and surface of zinc flowers mainly depend on the composition and cooling method of the zinc layer. Divided into small sequins, regular sequins, large sequins, free sequins, etc. by size. They look different, but sequins hardly affect the quality of galvanized steel. You can choose according to your own preferences and purpose of use.

(1) Large or regular sequins

Elements that promote sequins are added to the zinc bath. Beautiful sequins are formed when the zinc layer solidifies. Looks good. But the particles are coarser and slightly uneven. In short, its adhesion is poor, but it has better weather resistance. Best for guardrails, blowers, pipes, roller shutters, drain pipes, ceiling brackets, etc.

(2) Small sequins

During the solidification of the zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially restricted to form the finest possible zinc flowers. Sequin size can be controlled by cooling down. Generally speaking, the shorter the cooling down, the smaller the size. Its coating performance is excellent. Therefore, it is very suitable for drain pipes, ceiling supports, door posts, color-coated steel plate substrates, body panels, guardrails, blowers, etc.

(3) Zero sequins

By adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution, the coating has a uniform surface with no visible sequins. The particles are very fine and smooth. Has excellent corrosion resistance and good coating properties. Also suitable for drain pipes, auto parts, home appliance backplanes, auto body panels, guardrails, blowers, etc.

Hot dip galvanized steel coil

As the name suggests, the steel plate is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath, so that the surface of the coil is covered with a layer of zinc.

1) The entire steel surface is evenly covered with zinc layer, even corners, voids, etc., so that the steel plate is fully protected.

2) The galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized steel is thick and tough, and has excellent corrosion resistance.

· Remove grease, dirt and paint from the surface of the coil. Coils need to be uncoiled and welded for continuous processing.

· Rinse off the cleaning liquid.

· Put in an acidic solution to remove the scale.

· Wash off the pickling solution.

· The steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath and held for a period of time to galvanize.

· Cool the steel and roll it into rolls for sale.
